Enrollment Procedure
The Smart School follows a rolling admission system, allowing families to apply at any time of the year depending on the availability of seats.
How to Begin the Admission Process
- Visit the campus to fill out and submit the official admission form.
- After registration, the school will issue an appointment slip for the student’s admission test.
- A meeting with the School Head will be arranged for the parents as part of the admission procedure.
Important Information
- The registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid when submitting the admission form.
- Registration alone does not secure admission. Final acceptance depends on the results of the test and the parent interview.
Transfer Facility
The Smart School provides an easy and flexible transfer system for its students, whether they are moving between campuses, cities, or regions. To initiate a transfer request:
- Submit a written application to the School Head.
- Clear any outstanding school dues.
- Pay the required transfer fee according to the type of transfer.
Admission Test and Interview
- Students must take a diagnostic test appropriate for their age and skill level.
- While the test is being conducted, the School Head meets with the parents for an interactive discussion.
- This conversation helps build a strong home–school partnership by supporting open communication and shared understanding.
Admission Formalities
Once the School Head confirms that the child meets the admission criteria, parents are required to provide the following documents:
Required Documents
- Attested copy of the Birth Certificate
- Attested copy of Form B or Smart Card
- Attested copies of both parents’/guardian’s CNIC
- School Leaving Certificate and last exam Result Card (if transferring from another school)

Once the fee challan is paid within the designated time and all admission requirements are fulfilled, the student becomes eligible to join classes. Uniform and book lists are provided to parents upon completion of the admission process.
