About The Guidance House
The Guidance House (TGH) was established in May 1997 as a nursery and infant school for children aged 2.5 to 7 years, beginning with only seven students and three staff members. At a time when early childhood education concepts such as playgroup and Montessori were unfamiliar to the community and private education was largely unaffordable, TGH was founded with the vision of providing accessible and quality education. Through consistent growth and dedication, the institution progressed to Middle School in 2001, High School in 2005, and College level in 2008.
Academic Excellence & Global Affiliation
Registered with Cambridge University since March 2009, The Guidance House offers O Level, IGCSE, and A Level programmes and is the first and only state-based Cambridge-affiliated institution in the region. Alongside a strong academic focus, TGH prioritises social responsibility by offering free and subsidised education to deserving students. Equipped with modern laboratories, libraries, and smart learning facilities, and supported by a highly qualified faculty, TGH continues to expand its impact with the establishment of its Rawalakot campus, delivering international-standard education while upholding affordability and inclusivity.

Admission & Promotion Criteria
- Admissions are granted by the Admission Committee based on academic record, tests, and student suitability.
- All admission, annual, and tuition fees are non-refundable and must be paid within the due date.
- Promotion depends on minimum required grades, attendance, behaviour, and regularity.
- Progression to IGCSE and A Level requires satisfactory grades, 90% attendance, and positive conduct.
- Scholarships are merit-based, announced annually, and valid for one academic year only.
- Re-admission is subject to seat availability and applicable re-admission charges.
