Description:

Our History and Vision

Sindh Academy High School was founded in 1993 by the late Professor Muhammad Umer Memon as a community welfare initiative for the Sindhi population in Hyderabad. Initially operating from a rented bungalow in Qasimabad, the school came under the leadership of Dr. Khalique and Mrs. Najma Khalique Shaikh in 1994, following Professor Memon’s decision to hand over the institution. Since then, the school has been managed by the Sindh Academy Society, benefiting from the Shaikhs’ combined 40 years of experience in education and administration.

Under their guidance, Sindh Academy quickly earned a reputation for providing quality, affordable education. By 2000, rising demand necessitated the expansion to a new campus in Qasimabad Phase 2, officially opened on March 31, 2003. That same year, the school was upgraded to Sindh Academy High School, welcoming its first batch of students into class 9.

The school is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, intellectual curiosity, and moral integrity. Students are encouraged to become lifelong learners, cultivating knowledge, character, and social responsibility. Sindh Academy values community engagement, accessibility, and continuous improvement, ensuring education remains both impactful and inclusive.

Our Mission, Values, and Approach

The school promotes a holistic environment where students develop their intellectual, social, spiritual, and creative abilities. Collaboration between teachers, parents, and students is emphasized to nurture responsible, confident citizens prepared to contribute positively to society. Sindh Academy High School continuously strives to maintain high academic standards while instilling respect, resilience, pride, and a love of learning in every student.
