St. Mary’s Academy for Girls was founded on 20th April 2009 under the guidance of the late Bishop Lobo and with the leadership of Late Gp. Capt. Retd Cecil Chaudhry as rector. Mrs. Ubeela Kamal, the founding principal, envisioned a school offering a complete educational journey from Playgroup to Matriculation and O’Levels. Starting with 755 students, the academy now serves 1,117 students across various levels, emphasizing a balanced education that nurtures spiritual, moral, intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development.
Management and Educational Philosophy
The school’s mission is to cultivate young girls with creativity, responsibility, compassion, and the courage to act on their beliefs while striving for academic excellence. Under the leadership of Mrs. Nabila Aamir and the Diocesan Board of Education of the Catholic Diocese of Islamabad-Rawalpindi, the academy fosters critical thinking, social responsibility, ethical values, and personal growth, preparing students to contribute meaningfully to society and become articulate, well-educated citizens committed to the betterment of their country.

- Registration fee of Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) payable at the school accounts office.
- Age eligibility: Playgroup (3–3½ years), Nursery (4–4½ years), Prep (5–5½ years), Class 1 (6+ years) through Class 10 (15+ years).
- Playgroup applicants must be toilet trained.
- Four passport-size photographs, attested birth/baptism certificate, copy of Form B, and correct mailing address.
- Admission finalized according to class availability and requirements.
