- Completed admission form obtained from the school office.
- Age verification: 3+ for Nursery, 5+ for Class I.
- Attested NADRA B-Form or Foreign Birth Certificate for Nursery admissions.
- School leaving certificate for students from Class I to X after confirmation of admission.
- No overwriting on forms; changes require legal authorization.
- School leaving certificates must be collected within two months; delays incur a fine of 300 PKR.
- Passing-out students can collect their School Leaving and Character Certificates within six months of results.
- Duplicate certificates are issued for a fee of 500 PKR.
