Programs:
Teachers Training Program
Teachers are the backbone of any successful educational institution. Like devoted caretakers, they nurture students with knowledge and guidance. At The Nishat Group of Schools and Colleges, continuous professional development and motivation for teachers is an essential and ongoing practice.
Training for New Teachers
Newly hired teachers begin in the rechecking staff category, where they receive guidance from the school administration on reviewing students’ classwork and homework. They are also gradually assigned different classes according to their qualifications to gain hands-on teaching experience and learn effective classroom techniques.
Vacation Training Sessions
During vacations, senior faculty conduct refresher sessions for teachers who require additional support. These programs focus on improving writing skills, enhancing subject knowledge, and developing classroom management abilities. At the conclusion of the training, teachers are evaluated through written tests and presentations to complete the program.
