About Mercy Pak

Mercy Pak is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting orphans and underprivileged communities through education and humanitarian assistance, irrespective of race, gender, or religion. Established in 2005 under the Societies Registration Act, it aims to provide accessible health care and educational opportunities at minimal cost.

The Mercy Education Complex (MEC) spans 50 kanals with a built-up area of 100,000 sq ft, featuring spacious playgrounds and recreational areas. MEC operates six community schools in Rawalpindi-Islamabad and Al-Noor Model High School in Muzaffarabad, offering separate sections for boys and girls.

The complex provides formal and informal education to around 700 students, including boarding and lodging free of charge. Its Vocational Training Institute trains students in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, Automotive, Electrical, and Tailoring trades. MEC schools are registered with the Peshawar Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, while the vocational institute is registered with the Board of Technical Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

MEC emphasizes holistic development, nurturing creativity, communication, and critical thinking, while instilling respect for diversity, ethical values, and Islamic teachings. The mission is to develop students intellectually, physically, and spiritually, enabling them to contribute positively to society as responsible, skilled, and compassionate citizens.
