The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) at the University of the Punjab is a premier institution with a rich legacy dating back to its establishment as a department in 1972. Upgraded to an Institute in 1989, it became the second-ever school in Pakistan to offer specialized business administration education. Since moving to its current facility in 1994, IBA has consistently evolved, introducing MBA programs for executives, BBA (Hons) for high-caliber undergraduates, and advanced research degrees including M.Phil and Ph.D. With thousands of alumni serving in leadership roles globally, the Institute continues to be a cornerstone of management education in the region.
