Federal Government Degree College for Women, Multan Cantt, established in 1986, operates under the Federal Government Educational Institutions (FGEI Cantts/Garrisons) Directorate. Located on Sher Shah Road between the cantonment and city near the Power Station, the college provides a supportive and healthy educational environment. Its intermediate programs are affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad, while its BS undergraduate programs are affiliated with the National University of Pakistan (NUP), Islamabad.

The college?s vision is to foster strong, positive relationships with students, promoting academic confidence and excellence, while contributing to transforming the FGEI educational system into a premier national network. Its mission is to equip students, including dependents of armed forces personnel and civilian residents of cantonments, with quality education, skills, and opportunities to become productive members of society.

Required Documents
- Intermediate (HSSC): SSC (Matriculation) or equivalent pass; merit-based selection with quotas for Armed Forces personnel, retired personnel, FGEI staff/wards, disability, and sports categories
- BS Undergraduate: HSSC (Intermediate) or equivalent with at least Second Division; entry test of 30 marks required, minimum passing score 40%
- BS English Literature & Linguistics: HSSC Second Division minimum, entry test •40%
- BS Islamic Studies: HSSC minimum 50% marks, entry test •40%
- BS Computer Science: HSSC Second Division recommended science background, entry test •40%
